S001 Nozzle Tester | Better Field Studies

In order to check whether a nozzle is properly functioning, it is necessary to measure the flow. If a flaw is observed in the flow rate, then it is necessary to look for the cause of it. The flaw can be either within the nozzle itself or in other parts of the sprayer. The S001 Nozzle Tester can also be used for calibration purposes.

Only mobile device that is JKI (G 2028) approved for measurement of absolute flow values.
Precision of 1% from 0.10 l/min up to 8 l/min.

Comes with:

2 different cones
- One for classic nozzles (range of 0.30 l/min up to 8 l/min)
- One for air-induction and Air-Tec nozzles (range of 0.5 l/min up to 1.6 l/min).
- The latter can also be used for other types of nozzles.
A tripod for mounting the device to allow measuring the flow rate of nozzles mounted on orchard, air blast (not downwards oriented nozzles) and row sprayers.
Can be supplied with a hand-held adapter or with spiral hoses and universal nozzle adapters.

Additional Information:

A complete inspection of measuring reports for the nozzles can be created on a PC with complementary software.
Data for 10 sets of 100 nozzles can be stored in the monitor memory and then can be transmitted to a PC.
Can be used for vertical spray booms as in asparagus, green houses etc.
Possible to equip with different adapters to measure the flow rate of other types of spraying nozzles or installed on different machines, such as: potato planters, row sprayers, etc.
